TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All reservations require a credit card guarantee at the time of booking. Upon check-in, a security deposit will be requested, which will be refunded upon your departure provided there are no outstanding charges on your bill.

CANCELLATIONS:
Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night penalty and tax.

SMOKING / PETS:
Our property is strictly smoke-free, and pets are not permitted.

MINORS:
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.


Article I. All services provided by the hotel are governed by the prevailing federal tourism law and the regulations of lodging establishments, camping grounds, and mobile homes.

Article II. Guests are required to personally register by completing the registration card upon arrival. In the case of pre-booked groups, a designated representative will complete the registration cards for their respective group members. Presentation of official identification is mandatory for room access.

Article III. Check-in time is from 15:00 hours onwards, and check-out time is at 12:00 every day. Guests requiring an extended stay should notify the reception in advance to avoid additional charges. A maximum grace period of 30 minutes is provided for this purpose.

Article IV. The hotel does not assume responsibility for valuables, documents, jewelry, or money left in the rooms. Each room is equipped with a safe for guest use. Forgotten items will be held by the hotel administration for a period of 90 days, after which unclaimed items will be disposed of.

Article V. The hotel maintains adequate security measures and civil liability insurance as per NOM-07-TUR-2002. Guests utilizing the hotel parking facilities are required to park in designated areas. The hotel is not liable for any damages or theft of vehicles or items left inside. Unregistered vehicles will be removed from the parking lot.

Article VI. Guests are liable for any damages or losses incurred during their stay, whether in their room or in public areas of the hotel, and will be charged accordingly.

Article VII. Reservations must be made by individuals over 18 years of age. Up to two children under 12 years old are permitted to share the hotel room with their parents or legal guardians.

Article VIII. The hotel reserves the right to deny entry to visitors in guest rooms if it compromises the safety and peace of other guests. Disruptive behavior, noise disturbances, and illegal activities within the hotel premises are strictly prohibited. Bringing alcoholic beverages into the hotel is prohibited.

Article IX. The hotel does not discriminate based on gender, political beliefs, religion, nationality, or social status. However, services may be denied if a guest is intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or for any other purpose unrelated to lodging.

Article X. Guests are encouraged to register any complaints, suggestions, or compliments using the provided form. Article XI. In the event of illness, the hotel will arrange for medical assistance at the guest's expense. If the illness is contagious, the guest will be relocated at his own expense.

Article XII. Smoking is prohibited within the premises, in accordance with the General Health Law for Tobacco Control. Violators will be subject to a fine of $2,000.00 MXN.

Article XIII. Two mandatory policies are enforced at check-in:
  1. Presentation of official identification.
  2. Submission of a security deposit equivalent to one night's stay (based on the prevailing rate at reception upon check-in). The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no outstanding charges or damages incurred during the stay.
